D440/TD440/Product Introduction

440 product is a heavy truck drive axle independently developed from 2015 to 2017 on the basis of fullly absorfing US Dana drive axle technology. The product has higher transmission efficiency and lighter dead weight, meeting the requirements of high-efficiency highway transportation and high reliability. The maximum output torque is 35,000N.m.

440 products are applied to the heavy truck market with GVW of 11-49t.

The final drive assembly adopts Dana design concept-high power density final drive assembly design, which ensures torsion transmission strength and smaller structural size;

High transmission effiency design: the efficiency is increased by 0.5~1% compared with competitors;

Lightweight design: integral reducer casing (without bearing seat), double axle dead weight is 140Kg lower than that of competitors;

Low noise gear design and manufacture; the noise level is ahead of similar competitors;
