XCMG New Energy Light Trucks to Set Their Journeys on the Global Market

Recently, Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group (XCMG) successfully rolled out a new energy light truck by incorporating cloud 3D printing into its manufacturing process.
The truck, EAA112R, chiefly targeted at the overseas market, will further diversify XCMG’s product line and strengthen its overall competitiveness in the market.
According to XCMG, the company finished the digital design and assembly of the truck in just five days thanks to the cloud 3D printing. In addition, it has made a number of technological breakthroughs in the vehicle’s battery unit, steering system, and body structure. (www.chinatrucks.com)
