JAC Targets World-class Light-duty Truck

In some conventional markets such as South America and North Africa, JAC has overtaken Japanese and European brands as the top 1 brand. In Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay, JAC continued to maintain its position as a well-known brand in local market for a decade. In Peru, JAC light truck was given the priority for servicing national public service agencies. In Algeria, the annual sales volume of JAC light truck reached more than 6,000 units, bringing its market holdings to roughly 50,000 units and market share standing at 40%, a real "No.1." in local market.
At present, JAC has achieved a leading position in the markets of Philippines, Laos and Vietnam. Its market share in Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore has been continuously expanded. In 2017, JAC has experienced a radical expansion in Asian market, while in Bangladesh, Vietnam, Iran, the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Pakistan, it has seen a growth of more than 40 percent.
In European and American market, JAC has also reaped remarkable profits. At present, JAC light truck has passed ADR certification in Australia, Russia GOST certification, the EU ECE.R29 cab strength certification, the EU WVTA vehicle certification and other high standards and regulations, providing guarantee for the access to European high-end market. In Russia, Italy, Turkey, Mexico, JAC's light trucks have achieved volume sales. JAC light trucks have also made successful entry into UK, Ireland and the United States through various forms of cooperation.
15 plants for light-duty trucks has been set up and operating in Algeria, Vietnam, Pakistan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Russia, Iran, Mexico, Bangladesh and Nigeria. A global manufacturing network covering South East Asia, Middle East, Africa, Central and South America has been established.
For the next stage of development, JAC will give priority to Central Europe, North America market while strengthening its foothold in South East Asia, South America, North America and Middle East.
